Empowering Farmers, Transforming Agriculture.
If your neighbours can locate your piggery with their eyes closed, it may be time to give your waste management some attention!
Poultry, piggery and dairy farming bring income, food and employment. They also bring manure, wet bedding and other organic waste. Managing that waste is part of running a farm that people enjoy working on—and living near.
Agape IMO Solution brings microorganisms into the job. Developed by Agape Innovations Limited, it is designed to help manage unpleasant farm odours and support the breakdown of organic matter in animal houses and waste management areas.
IMO stands for Indigenous Microorganisms. These are tiny living organisms associated with natural processes such as decomposition. Think of them as a workforce too small to see, working on materials that are certainly big enough to smell.
For a poultry farmer managing litter, a pig farmer handling manure, or a dairy farmer dealing with organic waste, Agape IMO offers a practical microbial approach to add to the farm’s management routine. The aim is straightforward: support waste breakdown and help reduce the unpleasant smells that make everyday farm work uncomfortable.
And yes, your neighbours also deserve to enjoy their afternoon tea without your manure heap joining the conversation.
There is another opportunity in that waste. Manure and plant residues can become useful compost when properly managed. Microorganisms carry out the decomposition, while the farmer provides suitable conditions. Keep the pile moist without waterlogging it, and turn it to improve airflow.
Make Agape IMO part of a consistent routine. Follow the directions on the bottle, alongside regular manure handling, ventilation and good litter management. Our team can guide you on dilution and application for your particular farm or composting setup.
Whether you are starting a small poultry unit or managing an established piggery or dairy enterprise, give your waste management the attention it deserves. A farm’s reputation travels—and sometimes the smell travels ahead of it!
