Empowering Farmers, Transforming Agriculture.
Every farmer works hard to produce a good harvest, but poor storage can lead to significant losses from weevils, larger grain borers, and other storage pests. These pests can destroy maize, beans, groundnuts, cowpeas, and other grains, reducing both quality and profits.
PICS (Purdue Improved Crop Storage) Bags provide a simple, safe, and effective solution for storing grain without the need for chemical pesticides. These specially designed hermetic storage bags consist of multiple layers that create an airtight environment. Once properly sealed, oxygen levels inside the bag decrease, preventing insects from surviving and reproducing. This protects your grain while maintaining its quality, weight, and market value.
Farmers across Uganda and Africa are increasingly choosing PICS Bags because they are easy to use, environmentally friendly, and highly effective in reducing post-harvest losses. Whether you are storing grain for household consumption, seed preservation, or future sale when market prices improve, PICS Bags help ensure that your hard work is protected.
At Agape Innovations Limited, we supply genuine PICS Bags to farmers, farmer groups, traders, agro-dealers, and development organizations. Our team is available to guide you on proper storage practices and help you select the right storage solutions for your needs.
